The Overseas Property Professional (or OPP) is a dedicated trade magazine and web site who focus on the overseas property market. Their target market is the large network of overseas property agents, property developers along with their related professionals.

Every year the OPP hosts a series of awards for members of property development. These highly coveted awards have become the goal of any major property development firm. There are several different categories for the awards as well as gold and silver versions available. The OPP Award for Excellence, Developer of the year is the most prestigious award and even becoming a finalist is measure of a great company.

The Matrix Company was lucky enough to be nominated for the OPP awards and was very proud to become finalists in the Developer of the year category. The quality of entrants was said to be higher than in previous years which made selecting the finalists a difficult decision.
